Quick facts

Weight 0,05 kg

The toilet hasp is the classic closure of a toilet door. Until the turn of the century 1900, when people still lived with outhouses, the hasps were usually made of iron. Then came brass hasps and eventually the pushes in combination with a locking function, such as “occupied-unoccupied”. If you want to have the same kind of print throughout the home, i.e. also on the toilet door, the lock hasp is still the best solution, as it can be used independently of other door fittings.
Gysinge’s toilet hasp is a handmade product and completely according to an original from around 1900.

Sand cast by hand in brass. Therefore, unevenness in the casting may occur (unlike machine-made brass parts). Gysinge brass fittings are not lacquered, i.e. they darken and age in a traditional way.

Length 100mm. Height of fixing plates 32mm. Matching brass screw included.
