Chains of the so-called patent model to be used for draft dampers on tiled stoves, spiral valves, etc. Thin, flexible and supple, yet strong and durable.

Can be mounted in two ways; Firstly, as a single length hanging arch. This method is suitable for spiral valves, for example. Partly hanging in two lengths with damper tassels as termination. This was common on the draught dampers of tiled stoves.

Normally, 150-200 cm of chain is needed depending on how high the stove is and how far down you want the chain to hang. The easiest way to shorten or cut the chain is with wire cutters.

Brass. Sold per meter. Width 3 mm.

The 20th century damper tassels, which were attached to the damper chains and cords of the tiled stoves, are usually just turned, unlike the 19th century, which really looked like real tassels. We have now produced such a neat 1900s model with fine turning and attention to detail. The tassels are available in two versions, in brass for tiled stoves with brass doors and in nickel-plated brass for stoves with nickel-plated doors.

We have produced an Art Nouveau model with fine turning and care in the details. The model for this damper is from Tyskbo Bergsmanssmedja in By parish Horndal.

Spiral valve intended for tiled stoves, ventilation in walls etc. Available in both polished brass and bright nickel-plated. Supplied on black plate but also suitable for 100 mm spiral pipes.
