The fire fork lamp has borrowed its shape from an 18th century fire fork, hence the name. The linseed oil-fired forging and the hand-turned brass details are the same as on a well-made 18th century fire fork. What has been added is of course the foot itself and the lighting.

As a screen, we have chosen a building care detail from our range; The folded cardboard is made of classic chipboard, which with its white side inwards gives an enhanced light glow and its brown outwards creates a certain transparency and above all a very warm and cozy glow. Chipboard is a long-lasting material that can withstand heat in a completely different way to modern plastic screens.

The fire fork lamp is a window and table light and is available in two different heights. The low one fits into any environment, but the tall, slim one gives a different, slightly more modern impression and fits just as well in a newly built environment.

Height incl. screen 43 cm. Screen width 22 cm. Diameter foot 10cm. Cord length 210 cm. Max 40 W.

Shoemaker lamp small green shade white cord

The cobbler’s lamp was one of the first indoor electric light fixtures.

The model became common as ceiling lighting in all rooms in simpler homes from the 1910s onwards, however in wealthier environments it became the standard luminaire for less lavish rooms, such as hallways, kitchens and maids’ rooms.

The lamp provides nice and soft spot lighting and is suitable for smaller spaces such as windows.

All metal parts are made of heavy, polished, unlacquered brass. The shade is green with white inside and is made of hand-blown opal glass.

A specially designed cable strain relief relieves the cable so that it does not carry the entire weight of the luminaire. As an extra accessory, for a contemporary ceiling connection, a porcelain ceiling bracket with a wooden base plate is available, both with and without grooves.

Lamp Beehive, white, brass, 50 cm

Classic ceiling lamp in Art Deco style. Existed in Sweden and Europe during the 1920-1930s. The glass cup has an undulating shape and is reminiscent of a beehive, hence its name. The glass cup is 20 cm in diameter, about 18 cm high and together with the pendulum the lamp is about 70 cm long.

The pendant is made of untreated brass. Brass – or poor man’s gold, as it used to be called – is a non-magnetic copper alloy, where copper is alloyed with zinc. The higher the copper content, the yellower the tone. Untreated brass oxidizes over time and gives a beautiful matte yellow-brown tone with patina.

The glass is mouth-blown opal glass, formerly called milk glass. Commonly available in white color. Opal glass diffuses light softly, effectively and evenly. The surface of our glass is glossy, but can also be satin or matte.

Made in Europe and sold in several combinations and lengths. Also available in yellow-tinted opal glass and nickel-plated brass. Choose between 20 cm and 50 cm pendants.
